Sounds exactly like the Active Autowerke's EL exhaust, good quality.  They have a resonated and non-resonated version, please do specify when you buy as this is what I had to do.

Once installed the finished product is good, however it was not a direct fit as advertised. my professional installers had to cut and weld every connection and hanger mount again, including adding bends to the midpipe to mount the supplied brace.
